This Cell was formed with a view to create an academic atmosphere among the faculty members of the college to pursue higher studies in research and development. In consideration of the above mentioned view, different motivational approaches have been chalked out among teachers and students at different times, like open-air demonstration in career development for students, publication of quadrat Newsletter covering up-to-date information of the global age.
